Jill joined the Rub-A-Dub team in 2011. Like Natalie, her children have also come to Rub-A-Dub.
Jill is also qualified with a Level 3, Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma.
At the pre-school Jill is responsible for planning the mid-morning and afternoon snacks and has just recently taken on the Health & Safety role.
Even as a busy mother of 4, Jill still finds time to be involved within the community helping to run the local youth organisation and Rainbows!
Natalie is our new Manager. Her journey began when her daughter attended Rub-A-Dub and she loved coming in as parent help. It gave her a "wonderful insight into the goings on of a day ar Rub-A-Dub". She enjoyed it so much that she applied for a position as Bank Staff.
When a permanent position came up in 2011, she jumped at the chance to apply and was successful.
Natalie is qualified with a Level 3, Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma.
As part of her role as Manager, Natalie is also our Special Education Needs Co-ordinator.
Maggie is our new Deputy Manager.
Maggie is a familiar face to staff, children and parents as previously she has been employed by us as a Senior Pre-school Assitant. When she left to spend more time with her family, she stayed on as a member of our Bank Staff team.
Rejoining us as a full time member of staff Maggie brings lots of experience as well as knowledge to the team.
Maggie is qualified with a Level 3 qualification in child care.
Katie joined the team in September 2013 and is currently working towards her Level 2 in Childcare.
Both of Katie's children attended the pre-school and Katie volunteered as parent help as well as serving as Vice Treasurer on the committee.
Katie registered as Bank Staff and this led to an exciting opportunity to support a child with Special Educational Needs, an experience she found very rewarding.
Katie is currently responsible for our book resources and in between studying is developing her interest in the SENCO role.
