Meet the Team

 

Manager - Natalie Bolt

Natalie has been with Rub A Dub since 2011. In 2014 Natalie was promoted to Manager. Since taking on the position of manager she has done sterling work in implementing curriculum changes as well as keeping on top of the requirements set by Ofsted and the Government. Natalie is qualified with a Level 3, Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma.

Deputy Manager - Alex Paddon

Alex is a long standing member of our team. Alex has achieved her Level 3 qualification in Childcare and was promoted to Deputy Manager in 2019.

Senior Pre-school Assistant and SENCO Lead - Nicola Ward

Nicola joined the team in November 2018. Nicola has a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and has many years experience in childcare.

Pre-school Assistant - Lucy Clayton

Lucy joined in November 2020 and has come with over 11 years of childcare experience. Lucy has a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.

Pre-school Assistant - Katie Thomas

Katie joined the team in October 2023 and brings her childcare experience and has a Level 3 qualification in childcare.

Pre-school Assistant - Jess Norriss

Jess joined the team in December 2023 and is looking forward to develop her childcare qualifications and training with the team.

Our Bank Staff

Like many small pre-schools we rely on a small group of people whom we can call upon should a member of staff is off sick, training or when we simply need an extra pair of hands! We are lucky to have a former parent on the team - Susan Retter and local childminder Jacqui Sykes.
